Rio Vista II is a mixed-use building in the Lawson HIll subdivision, located between the towns of Telluride and Mountain Village in western Colorado.
Small commercial units located in the center of the building are flanked by deed-restricted housing units on either side. Dedicated and open parking is provided in the front and rear of the building.
The Rio Vista complex commands the 'view corner' of the uppermost mixed-use section of Lawson Hill. It shares the turnaround parking area with another mixed-use unit, the Upper Lawson Galloping Goose transit shelter, the Lawson Hill postal drop office, the Rascals childcare facility, and the spacious, newly-built Upper Lawson Hill Recycling & Refuse Center.
The HOA for Rio Vista II governs the use of assessment funds, maintains building common areas, and generally provides for the effective maintenance and use of the 3.5-story structure.
